Refund policy

This policy applies to every purchase from Dailyhouseitems, operated by Alpha Academy LTD. Please read it before ordering.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full, at your choice. You must notify us by email at support@alpha-academy.com within 3 days of the delivery date, quoting your order number and including a photograph or short video that shows the problem. Where we require the item to be returned we will provide a prepaid shipping label; you will not bear any cost for returning a defective, damaged or incorrect item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the claim being approved.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. All sales are final except as set out in the section above. Standard shipping is provided free of charge on every order and that cost is incurred by us at dispatch. Please review product dimensions, specifications, colours, quantities and compatibility before purchasing, and contact us with any questions prior to ordering.

Order cancellation

An order may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Once a tracking number has been issued the order cannot be cancelled and the change-of-mind section applies.

Claims outside the reporting window

Claims for damage, defect or incorrect items reported more than 3 days after delivery are assessed at our discretion. We will always consider them, but we cannot guarantee a remedy where the delay prevents us from raising the matter with the carrier or supplier.
